Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Raihn Allure set. Because press-on nails are personal-care items worn directly on the body, we keep a strict hygiene policy to protect every customer. Please read this before placing your order.

Measure before you order

Most fit issues can be avoided with a quick measurement. Before ordering, please measure all ten nails using our Size Guide on each product page and compare your measurements to our S, M and L chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up and gently filing the sides for a custom fit.

Choosing the wrong size isn't a defect, so we can't accept returns for sizing once a set has been opened.

Opened or used items are final sale

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns or exchanges on any set that has been:

  • opened, unsealed or removed from its original packaging
  • tried on, sized against the nails, or applied
  • used with the included glue, or with the glue packet opened
  • worn, filed, reshaped or altered in any way

Unopened items

We accept returns of unopened, sealed sets in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

  • Please contact us first. Returns sent without approval can't be accepted.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Items that arrive back opened, damaged or incomplete will be sent back to you at your expense.

Final sale items

The following can't be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom Designs by Alana Raihn
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the item and its packaging

We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you. Please don't apply or use the item while we review your request.

How to start a return

Contact us through the Contact page at raihnallure.com/pages/contact with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll reply within 2 business days with next steps.

Raihn Allure reserves the right to refuse returns that don't meet this policy.
