Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

Because press-on nails are personal-care items worn on the body, we keep a strict hygiene policy to protect every customer.

Measure before you order. Please measure all ten nails using the Size Guide on each product page. Choosing the wrong size isn't a defect, so we can't accept returns for sizing once a set has been opened.
Opened or used sets are final sale. This includes sets that have been unsealed, tried on, sized against the nails, applied, used with the glue, or altered in any way.
Unopened, sealed sets can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping is non-refundable.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders: contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. We reply within 2 business days. Read our full return policy.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. Opened or used nail sets, Custom Designs by Alana Raihn, sale or discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.

How long until my order ships?

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Are they safe for my natural nails?

Yes. Our press-ons are gentle on your natural nails and cause no damage when removed properly. See the Removal, Care & Reuse guide on any product page for step-by-step instructions.

How long do the nails last, and can I reuse them?

With nail glue, each set lasts up to 2–3 weeks. With gentle care, you can reuse your set up to 5 times.

What if an item is out of stock?

Because our nails are handmade, a design may sometimes sell out. Most styles are back in stock within 7–14 days.
